A Knight’s Quest: “It’s Our Journey”

UCF Homecoming 2008 will be held November 1-9th, 2008 with this year’s Homecoming game on Saturday, November 8th against Southern Mississippi.

Taking Homecoming into a more UCF oriented direction this year’s executive board has come up with the titel A Knight’s Quest, and the fitting tag line “It’s Our Journey” with the theme being medieval.

At the start of the Fall semester our website will launch with all of the information you need regarding Homecoming 2008. Our Facebook group, UCF Homecoming 2008, will continue providing information for the entire UCF community before and after the construction of the website.

SAVE THE DATE! The Office of Student Involvement is pleased to announce Family Weekend 2008 taking place October 3^rd-5^th. We invite you, your department, office and/or organization to participate in UCF Family Weekend. You may participate in a number of ways by sponsoring an event, a reception, program, workshop, or suggesting/co-sponsoring a speaker or entertainer. If you wish to participate you may obtain a Program Application by contacting Tim at fwprograms@mail.ucf.edu. All program applications are due to the Office of Student Involvement, Student Union room 208, no later than Friday, August 8^th at 5pm. We look forward to your support of UCF Family Weekend 2008!

We’re doing lots of new and awesome things to get UCF students more involved… and one is creating an OSI Facebook group and account, which stays up to date with all the current events happening on campus. So if you have a facebook account, join our group and add our cute little mascot, Mark De Sqwerell!
